WHY WASTE TIME TEACHING YOURSELF WHEN YOU CAN LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCES OF A PRO?

So much of what we do in life stems from our previous experiences. It’s the “a-ha” moments and the “oh crap” moments that teach us how to approach situations in the future.

It’s those lessons we learn that allow our minds to go into autopilot mode and make the right decisions.

The life of a mixing engineer is filled with so many of these experiences that we all must go through in order to feel confident in our skills and to work both smart and efficiently. But it takes time to gain this experience and expertise. Lots of trial and error.

The reality is, the sooner you learn these lessons, the faster you’ll become a better engineer. And it’s not just lessons on how to mix that have an impact on the success of our careers…it’s lessons in social skills, education, health, business and so much more. These are all key areas of life that have an influence on how we grow as people, business owners, and artists.

That’s why I’ve created this new e-book “60 Lessons Every Mixing Engineers Must Know”. It’s a compilation of lessons that I’ve not only learned myself, but that I’ve learned through my conversations with many other successful mixing engineers who have had long careers.

It combines experiences both in life and in the workplace that are essential knowledge for anyone trying to make it as a successful mixing engineer.
